Founder & CEO

Gregory Okshteyn

In 1998, I received a Bachelor of Architecture with Highest Honors from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn before earning a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in 2003.

Prior to Columbia, I worked for esteemed architecture firms such as Gensler, HLW, and Peter Eisenman Architects. In 2003 at age 28, I launched STUDIOS GO in New York City, an award-winning design firm with hospitality and retail projects worldwide. I’ve designed and implemented environments for companies such as Starbucks Reserve, Princi, Jay-Z, Marc Ecko, Todd English, Schott NYC, Duggal Greenhouse, Dashing Diva, and Ritz Carlton. In addition, I have teaching experience at Pratt Institute’s Graduate Program, Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, and University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Fine Arts Department of Architecture. Then, in 2017, I founded Playday!

As a proud father of three (Oscar, Goldie, and Grayson), I strive to give children a safe, accessible place to cultivate creativity.
