Ashley Federico

Hi, I’m Ashley - the Director of Operations here at PLAYDAY! Born and raised in New York, I’ve always been obsessed with all things creative. After earning my B.A. in Studio Art with double minors in Art Therapy and Psychology in 2014, I quickly discovered a passion for teaching, working as a preschool and enrichment teacher. Over the next eight years, I led everything from art and science to gymnastics and fitness classes - you name it, I’ve probably taught it!
My PLAYDAY journey started in 2022 as the manager of our Long Island City studio, where I instantly connected with our amazing community and talented team. A year later, I made my way over to the Upper West Side, helping to bring the PLAYDAY energy and vibes to a new neighborhood.
I eventually became the Regional Director of Operations for our Queens & Manhattan studios, including our newest location on the Upper East Side.
Today, I’m thrilled to be the Director of Operations - supporting all six studios, expanding the PLAYDAY vibes, and always inspiring little minds to dream big, create fearlessly, and embrace the mess!
When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me playing volleyball, catching a Yankees game, or spending time with my dogs!
