Social Distancing and Health & Safety Plan (JUNE 2020)


At PLAYDAY the Health and Safety of our children, staff, and visitors is of the utmost importance. We will follow all CDC, local, and state guidelines for social distancing, sterilization, and sanitation. Our staff and instructors have all been fully trained on our following Health & Safety and Social Distancing Guidelines.


Staff


All staff will wear masks and face shields at all times
All staff will be screened for health before entering PLAYDAY each day, this includes:
Temperature taken of all staff upon arrival each day
If a staff member has knowingly come in contact with someone who has traveled outside the U.S. or to a designated US virus “hot-spot” within 14 days of class, we will ask that they remain home for two weeks.

Cover all coughs and sneezes

One group of instructors/staff each day

All personal items labeled and removed each day

Staff will remain home if feeling unwell.

Must answer NO to experiencing the following symptoms:
o Cough
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Fever
o Chills
o Muscle pain
o Sore throat
o New loss of taste or smell


Participants, Families, and Visitors


Parents and caregivers to have access to new on-premise Ring Camera
Participants and visitors to wear masks at all times – If you don't have a mask, one will be provided.
All children, caregivers, parents, and visitors will be screened before entering PLAYDAY.
Temperature of all participants and visitors to be taken before entering
If a participant (or their family) has knowingly come in contact with someone who has traveled outside the U.S. or to a designated US virus “hot-spot” within 14 days of class, we will ask that they postpone participation for two weeks.
All classes will be limited to 12 participants and STAFF
Only one group pf participants per day – to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting daily and reduce the risk of community spread.
Staggered arrival and pick up times
Social distancing of 6 feet or greater to be maintained whenever possible
Tools and materials will be sterilized between uses, tools will not be shared whenever possible.
Gloves will be provided
Frequent hand-washing
Cover all coughs and sneezes
All personal items removed labeled and removed each day
Please stay home if anyone in your household feels unwell.

Physical Premises


Deep cleaning daily with EPA approved disinfectants against COVID-19 performed daily at the end of each day
Hand sanitizer will be available for use in all communal areas including bathrooms, learning areas, front entrance.
Gloves and masks made available
Limited class size to ensure social distancing
Adequate supplies provided to minimize sharing of high-touch materials to the extent possible and all materials and supplies cleaned and disinfected between use.
