Paintball is an excellent way to relieve stress. Many people shy away from the sport from a fear of getting hurt. However, with the proper safety equipment and some common sense it can be an excellent way to pass the time. Strategy is the key if you and your teammates understand one another then this can become a very competitive adventure.
