It was early morning, the warmth of the water mixing with the cool air created
a light mist over the entire lake. The sounds of loons and bird song filled
the air with natures harmony. Combined with the sounds of water trickling off
my paddle I was overwhelmed by a sense of tranquility. This is the place that
Mother Nature calls home.
As the sun began to rise, it punched holes in the clouds with its rays and
blessed the earth below with brilliant light.
Paddling is a peaceful way to enjoy our waterways.
